I agree with Hafiz: the time is now, always now, to know that all I do is scared.

I agree, also, with you: the time is now to break negative thinking habits. Too often I fall into old negative patterns of thinking. As in meditation, whenever I notice myself thinking negatively, I open my heart and mind to possibility. I open my mind to positive thinking. Often I just fail to notice my assumptions send me on untrue paths of thought. Daily I work on noticing my judgmental ways of thinking. My intention is to love unconditionally in this moment.

I love this new blog site. At this time when we (hopefully) pause to think about what we are grateful for, I am grateful to have this reminder of what is really important in life (love in all its forms, joy, and peace). While I have had some challenges recently, I have also gotten many many blessings from the Universe. May you all be so blessed.
